Renee LaCroix, M.A., LADC
Mental Health Therapist
She/Her/Hers

I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Alcohol and drug counseling from Metropolitan State University and continued on to complete the master’s program in Co-Occurring Disorders Counseling. I have a passion for working with individuals in their efforts to overcome addiction related issues and in exploring the connection between addiction and mental health. In my experience, the journey to improved health and wellness can look differently for each of us; therefore, individualization of the therapy process is an important key to success. My focus is to create a plan that feels authentic to you and your individual journey.

The foundation of my therapy approach consists of a focus on compassion, non-judgement, and trust. I believe that connection and the establishment of a strong therapeutic relationship are essential in accomplishing the important work toward meaningful change and achievement of your personal goals. For many, the unknowns of therapy can cause fear and discomfort. My hope is that through collaboration and support, we create a safe environment that allows me to walk alongside you as you face the unknowns and navigate the path to becoming your best self, together.
