Joshua Shultz
Mental Health Therapist
He/Him/His

I started in the mental health field early out of high school and worked my way up to becoming a therapist. Therefore, I am able to provide a unique and comprehensive view of the mental health system. I received my Master of Science in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University in the spring of 2021. I believe in resiliency and overcoming life's challenges. I have worked in a variety of settings and positions throughout the mental health field, including residential, outpatient, day treatment, and crisis.

I have a direct but laid back approach and accepts people where they are, working from there to help see success and to become the best version of you possible. I am person-centered and allow you to choose what works best through a collaborative approach. I use an eclectic approach to best fit and meet your needs. I have numerous certifications in Trauma, Addiction, Sand Tray, Autism, and Somatic Therapy, and I am in the process of getting certified in DBT and SYMBIS Premarital Counseling. I am able to bring Christian aspects into treatment upon client request, and currently trained in Emmanuel Healing and Basic Sozo.
